If Vanda finds a thread, she's going to follow it. Sometimes that thread begins in the body. Sometimes in philosophy. Sometimes in motherhood. Sometimes in a conversation that won't quite leave her alone. It usually ends somewhere unexpected. She has spent the last fifteen years collecting seemingly unrelated worldsβeconomics, entrepreneurship, yoga therapy, developmental movement, somatic psychology, Waldorf education and breathworkβand slowly discovering they were never separate to begin with. People often ask what she does. The honest answer is... She helps people remember themselves. Not by giving answers. By asking better questions. She believes transformation rarely happens because someone finally explains your life to you. It happens when your body whispers something your mind can no longer ignore. These days you'll usually find her teaching, writing letters, chasing two children around Colorado, renovating an old house, or getting wonderfully lost in yet another rabbit hole she absolutely did not intend to fall into. Fortunately for the rest of us... she usually comes back with something worth sharing.
