Dear ones,
There’s a quiet calculation I make before I laugh too hard.
Before I jump.
Before I run.
Before I sneeze.
Can you relate?
A subtle bracing.
A clench.
A hope that our body won’t betray me in public.
We don’t often name it, but it shapes how freely we move through the world.
The pelvic floor has been taught to us as something to control, tighten, or fix.
As a set of muscles that need better discipline.

But what if pelvic health isn’t about discipline at all?
What if it’s about relationship?
Your pelvic floor doesn’t exist in isolation.
It listens to your breath.
It responds to posture.
It reacts to stress, safety, attention, timing.
It holds stories from childbirth, from aging, from impact, from adaptation.
And like any relationship, it doesn’t soften under force.
It responds to listening.
I created this series based on what helped me reconnect with my body.
A conversation.
To notice, to move, to breathe, and to build trust with the muscles, tissues, and breath of my pelvis.
To create space, ease, and awareness without judgment.
Will you take my hand as I invite you into a conversation with your pelvic space?
Over four gentle sessions, we move from awareness → release → engagement → integrative ritual - a journey, a returning, into relationship with your pelvic health:
In the first session, Pelvic Mapping, we reconnect with what we feel, learning to sense the subtle rhythms of the pelvic bowl.
Next, Pelvic Relaxation invites us to yield, letting tension soften and the body respond to breath.
In Pelvic Engagement, we explore responsive strength, discovering how gentle engagement supports movement and function.
And we close, weave it all together with a Pelvic Bowl Meditation session, a more ritual, nervous-system-soothing bonus class that invites rest, circulation, and connection. (This class also includes a gentle introduction to pelvic steaming at home, optional and invitational.)
This work is somatic and yoga therapy–informed, but you don’t need to know those words to do it.

You just need a body.
We move slowly.
We pause often.
We notice sensation, emotion, response.
We build trust.
This series is for you if:
– you leak when you run, laugh, or sneeze
– you’re postpartum or navigating menopause
– you’ve been told to “just do Kegels” and it didn’t help
– you want to feel more grounded, supported, and at home in your pelvis
And maybe most importantly —
if you want to live with less bracing and more choice.
All classes are online.
Yes, there are recordings if you can’t attend live or want to practice at your own pace and time. The videos are for you to keep and return to throughout your life.
You can join one class at a time, or come for the full arc of the series.
And if you want deeper, more personal support, there are options to be led or held through this work with private sessions alongside the group.
We’re not training muscles.
We’re building trust.
If your body has been asking for a gentler, more honest approach —
this might be the moment to listen.
